Pre-appointment details with a Splash of Color

Prior to your appointment, please make sure the area is cleaned and dry for optimal appliance of product. Each area needs to be free from clothing of any sort. When receiving face paint, do not have makeup on unless discussed prior. While scheduling henna, make sure you have time afterwards to allow the drying process (30min-1hr). When signing up for belly painting, upload proof of how far along you are. If you have any questions or concerns please email or message me before making an appointment. If you have questions or concerns after scheduling, make sure to contact me at least 24 hrs before the appointment. Let's make this process as freeing and beautiful as my paintings!

Cancellation policies with a Creative Twist

When canceling bookings, make sure to do so before 7 days of the scheduled appointment. This goes for henna, face and belly painting, parties and events. If there is cancellation within this timeframe, you will receive half of a refund. When canceled before 7 days of the scheduled date, you will receive your full payment. Full refunds are for customers that cancel before cancellation days or if the artist cancels. If there are any problems for the artist that arise concerning the date you chose, the artist will reach out as soon as possible to either discuss possibly changing the time, date, or if the date is no longer available. If not canceled by the artist or canceled within the days provided, the cancellation policy still stands. If the artist cancels within the 7 days, customers will also receive a 10% discount on their next order or service in addition to their refund. This company strives to ensure that our policies are fair and accommodating. Communication is the focus point in this medium!

Payment policies in Full Spectrum

Payments are made in full for pre-painted artwork, pre-drawn canvases, henna appointments, belly painting, and face painting for individuals. Custom acrylic and portrait paintings, group package pre-drawn canvases, and face painting for parties/events have the option of full or half deposit payments. Total is accurately shown at checkout, unless discussed with the artist. If there are no-shows for individual appointments, there are no refunds and full payment will go to the artist. It is important to be in contact with the artist at all times, so feel free to exchange contact information if for some reason email or message on social media does not work. Partial payments for lateness or cancellation may be discussed (see lateness and cancellation policy). There is a payment added on to all orders for shipping unless discussed with Mekhi Imani. Payment methods are card, cash app, apple pay or cash. If cash, contact the artist first before checking out. Let's make this as diverse and rich as the colors in my acrylic paintings!
